Jackie Henson believes she has the perfect life until her boyfriend announces he's getting married to his ex-wife and a major fundraiser for her non-profit organisation dies. So she hires Clay Graham, her sister-in-law's brother, to investigate the death. When her ex's wedding invite arrives, she persuades Clay to take her and it is there that she decides he would be the perfect rebound man for her.
