Laraine wondered if Harvey was right He had warned her that she'd accomplish nothing by dashing off to Scotland to care for the Moira girl injured in the accident After all, Moira had been driving the car that ran into them. Laraine and Harvey had not been hurt; but now Moira lived in a wheel-chair. Somehow Laraine felt partly responsible. It was true she d managed to interest Moira in a few activities. But she'd also managed to fall in love with Charles McGreyfarne, the man Moira was to marry!
