The Girl at Cobalt Creek

by Margaret Way

The most precious thing in Susan's life was her home, Cobalt Downs. She felt it had been left to her in trust by her father, and for his sake as much as her own she would go to any lengths to keep it — despite the mingled indifference and opposition of the rest of her family. There was one possible solution: the forceful Thorn Sinclair was interested in the property, and had grandiose plans to develop, i.e. ruin it. Was his determination to get possession of Cobalt Downs the real reason behind his apparent attraction to Susan?
