by Jason R. Rich

This is a novelized walkthrough book for the video game "Pokémon" the Blue and Red versions of the original Game Boy game. It tells the story of Ash as he helps to tame the countries wild Pokémon, small monster like creatures with their own unique attacks, and having them battle each other. In this way they are also collectable pets, and can be trained to fight in tournaments. Ash's two main goal are to become a tournament champion, and to collect all 151, of the small creatures. It tells how to find all the items in the game, including tips and strategies on how to battle and how to connect with another player to earn all 151 Pokémon.
