Soon after, he is accused of being a local serial rapist, but the case is dropped for lack of proof. The Bergrstroms relocate from Maine to Texas where a similar pattern of rapes begins. One day going through her husband's belongings Linda uncovers his rape kit: ski mask, duct tape and handcuffs. The police don't believe her, but one man will.
