New Beginnings

by Kotesuko Yamamoto

Time and distance - perhaps the two greatest trials a relationship must withstand for love to be proven true. That is exactly what Keigo has to conquer when, at a young age, he gets seperated from best bud Chihiro when his family moves overseas. As the years go by, his separation from Chihiro becomes so unbearable that Keigo becomes a withdrawn shut-in. Keigo's family agrees to send him back to Japan so that he can be where he is happiest, and he moves in with Chihiro's family. Reunited with Chihiro, Keigo unceremoniously blusts out, "I love you Chihiro! I totally love you! Ever since the past! I'm in love with you!" Unfortunately for Keigo, Chihiro is creeped out because they're both guys, and he's already in love with one of the girls at his school. Young love is as bumpy as ever in this quirky romance by up-and-coming artist Kotetsuko Yamamoto!
