Act of Possession

by Anne Mather

Antonia’s job in London was going well, and although she missed her little girl, who was living with Antonia’s mother in the north of England, she felt she was doing the right thing. Until a casually issued invitation to a party turned her world upside down. She did not want to get involved with Reed Gallagher. For one thing he was way out of her class. And for another, he was engaged to someone else. But she couldn’t deny she was attracted to him – and him to her. With one disastrous relationship behind her, how could she cope with this one – which quite clearly had no future?
