After all, Liz and Rob were Jaime’s parents and might have been Rachel’s in-laws had circumstances been different. But Jaime Shard had lied – a lie that ended whatever there had been between him and Rachel. She was glad he never visited his parents for the holidays. She knew she wouldn’t have to face him again. Or so she thought – until she saw Liz Shard’s worried face and heard her blurt out, “Jaime’s home…”
