But her finance Peter Caterson wanted to demolish the place so that he could pursue his development plans for the area. Mathew Donegal , a local art teacher also had an interest in the house and the he convinced Kala that he would go to any lengths to save it Then she began to have disturbing dreams disturbing because they were about Sadie Andrews the deceased owner of the blue house. Kala wondered if her imagination was playing tricks on her or if she was really experiencing a visitation from the beyond.
